Sometimes we receive inquiries about data disappearing or being reset after logging in.
Rest assured, OsidOri does not delete data unless you cancel your account or unpair it.
Here are two possible reasons why your data might seem to be missing:
You're viewing a different screen
OsidOri has a Family Screen and a Personal Screen.
The Family Screen and Personal Screen are separate, and data from the Family Screen is not copied to the Personal Screen.
Please check both the Family and Personal Screens.
To switch screens, open the sidebar from the top left of the Home Screen and use the switch button at the top.
Incorrect Login ID
If you register or log in with a different email address than the one initially used, you may see a new screen without your previous data.
This happens because you have logged into or registered a different account.
If you use the exact same email address, a new registration is not possible, so your previous data will not be overwritten. However, even a single typo will be treated as a different email address, allowing a new registration.
In this case, please log out of the current account and log back in using the correct login ID (email address) to access your original data.
If needed, you can delete the mistakenly created account afterward.
